Censure or Censor: Another moderate under attack

An attempt to "censure" Canterbury's MP, Rosie Duffield over her support for Israel seems to have been "withdrawn" for the time being as it has become a wee bit "embarrassing" in the mainstream media even for the comrades of Momentum.

The original motion is reproduced below.

There was some discussion on Canterbury Labour Party's Facebook page about whether the motion had been withdrawn or not but it seems that an e-mail has been sent to members stating the censure motion has been withdrawn.

I decided to leave a comment on their page (bit cheekily I suppose because I'm not a member of the Labour Party which simply stated:

This isn't a censure motion, it's a censor motion. Labour is supposed to be a broad party. Corbyn's antics were tolerated by the more moderate leadership but now the left appears to be in ascendancy there can only be one line. One truth. That's called Stalinism. Discuss.

More of this to come no doubt.
